Mick is now currently the longest serving manager in the league, in his tenth year from September 09. Last season, he guided Sunderland Women to their first ever appearance in the Women’s FA Cup Final in May, together with promotion back into the National Premier for the third time. Mick also received Tesco Manager of the Year 2009 at the FA Women’s Football Awards.

There are probably about five or six, but can't decide between three championships or a cup final appearance. Also playing at the Stadium Of Light in our semi-final victory over Chelsea takes some beating. I also feel enormous pride, every time I see any of our current, or ex players, playing for England.
