Mick is now currently the longest serving manager in the league, in his thirteenth year. He guided Sunderland Women to their first ever appearance in the Women’s FA Cup Final in May 2009, together with promotion back into the National Premier for the third time. Mick also received Manager of the Year in 2009 and again in 2011 at the FA Women’s Football Awards.

There are probably about five or six, but can't decide between three championships or a cup final appearance. Also playing at the Stadium Of Light in our semi-final victory over Chelsea takes some beating. I also feel enormous pride, every time I see any of our current, or ex players, playing for England.
