Helen Alderson (Vice Capt)
Helen is a member of the England Under 19 squad and has also been called up to the U23 squad. She is a very good shot stopper whilst also having incredible reaction speed. Helen controls her arena extremely well. Vice Captain of the team.

| Biggest influence on your football | Probably my brother, who got me into playing football and encouraged me to go in goal, also both my parents who have always been behind me and managed to provide a free taxi service for several years! |
| What changes would you like to see in women's football | For the sport to be appreciated for what it is and not to be constantly compared to the men's game. Also for increased media coverage in order to give better financial support for clubs and players |

| What is your football ambition | To play for the England Senior team and to gain promotion into the National Premier Division with Sunderland, to establish ourselves as a force in that league and to win lots of silverware!! |
| What would you do if you won £1m | Buy a mansion and a couple of expensive cars (that don't break every few weeks), then go travelling to lots of exotic countries. Following this, I would take five pounds from this wealthy sum, put it on red on roulette, and win my fortune back! |
