Prior to joining SWFC, George previously coached the GK,s at Peterlee FC which ranged from the junior teams up to the men's and women's teams. He was also the GK Coach for Bishop Auckland St Mary's Juniors and Sunderland Girls Centre of Excellence. He is the current GK Coach for Teesside Sport Girls Centre of Excellence, and has been the GK Coach for the GB Universities Women's Football Team.
