Sunderland were today, drawn to meet either West Ham United, or Everton away from home, in the Third Round of the Premier League Cup.
West Ham and Everton play their Second Round tie this Sunday (October 21), with the winner at home to Sunderland in the Third Round, the Quarter Final, on Sunday November 4.
West Ham lie ninth in the Premier Southern Division, with three wins and five defeats from eight games. Everton have only played twice in the National Division so far this season, beating neighbours Liverpool 2-1 and drawing 1-1 at Birmingham, partly through having players committed to England duty in the recent World Cup, including Jill Scott, and also as they are involved in the UEFA Cup.

Watford v Birmingham City
Newquay or Arsenal v Chelsea
West Ham United or Everton v SUNDERLAND
