Sunderland Reserves progress into the next round of the FA Tesco Premier League Reserve Cup, following a 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest. They will now play Barnet FC in the third round on 7th December at Leyburn Grove.

Sunderland's goals were scored by Emma Bentley and Jennifer Bradley.

Sunderland first team were without a game this Sunday, due to Leicester City’s involvement in the Leicestershire County Cup. They will return to action next Sunday, when they are at home to Sheffield Wednesday.
