HELEN SELECTED FOR ENGLAND U23 SQUAD
Sunderand Goalkeeper Helen Alderson has been selected for England Women's U23s Squad from Friday 30 January to Saturday
7 February 2009 in La Manga, Spain.
Brent Hills will take a squad of 18 to the La Manga training camp as they begin
their preparations for the challenges of 2009.
