Sunderland Women forward Beth Mead was presented with the National Premier League Top Goalscorer award at the FA Women’s Annual Awards in London on Friday (2 Nov).

The Lady Black Cats striker picked up the award for her 18 goals scored in the League last season.

England manager Roy Hodgson, Olympic duo Denise Lewis and Sarah Storey together with Club officials and players all gathered at the Waldorf Hilton, to honour those who have made the biggest impact in the game in 2012.
