Sunderland goalkeeper Helen Alderson played the full 90 minutes, as England Women's U23's defeated Norway 2-0 in a friendly international
in La Manga on Monday evening.
Two first half headed goals from Jess Clarke of Leeds Carnegie, ensured the win.
