JORDAN BRACE SECURES SEMI-FINAL PLACE!

Sunderland’s Jordan Nobbs scored a brace as England U19’s secured their place in the semi-final of UEFA U19’s Championships, with a comfortable 4-0 victory over Iceland, in Belarus.

 

After a Jade Moore header opened the scoring, Jordan Nobbs made it two, scoring from close range; Isobel Christiansen added the third, whilst Nobbs made it four with her second goal of the game.

 

The victory now assures England of a place in next years FIFA Women's U-20 World Cup in Germany, however, they now face Switzerland in the semi-final on Wednesday in an attempt to book a place in the final.
