The girls will meet up with the rest of the team, when England take on Denmark on Sunday 4 March, the USA on Tuesday 6 March and finally Iceland on Thursday 8 March.

“I’m delighted that both girls have been called up,” said Sunderland Manager Mick Mulhern. “Keira is having a good season in the first team and Jess has had a positive influence on the reserve team, so it’s reward for their hard work.  I’m sure they will have a great week in the sunshine.”

Everyone at the Club wishes Keira and Jess the best of Luck in Spain.

Sunderland's Rachel Furness and Sarah McFadden, helped the Northern Ireland's Senior Women secure a valuable point on Wednesday night (15 Feb), in their latest Euro 2013 qualifier in Belgium.

The team twice came from behind and with just seven minutes remaining scored the equaliser from a free-kick awarded for a foul.

Northern Ireland remain third in in Group 3, three points behind Belgium with a game in hand.

The campaign continues on 25 April with the visit of Hungary.
